At no extra cost you can enjoy scratching up your paint when you wash it this way. By using the sand and mud on the rag as you drag it across the paint
Waterless washes definitely aren't ideal, but this specific solution does help to prevent scratching if a waterless wash is required. However, it isn't a miracle product and needs to be used with caution depending on the soiling! It's best used for emergency touchups 👍

I haven’t tried this yet but the ultra ceramic detailer is an absolute monster! Probably the best ceramic detailer on the market and I’ve tried quite a few.

can i spray this over already waxed car? or should i remove the waxes 1st? which is better for durabillity?
For me, after spraying the sonax ceramic sprey on the surface, I wiped it off immediately and the surface remained stained.. I don't understand why.. I tried several times..
That's because you don't spray it on the surface ,this is wrong. You spray it on a microfiber towel, then apply it in a crosshatch pattern and immediately wipe it off with another clean microfiber tower, gently, without pressure, just keep buffing it until it's perfectly shiny.
Used this product and Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic spray. TW dry off is easier because there’s less “resistance”. The Sonax dry off had more resistance and the liquid was heavier. Any of these paint protectorant can protect paint well, but the distinguishing factor is solely how long they stay bonded to paint and not get washed off by rain exposure and detergent car washes. Sure, a protectant can last a year if you don’t use detergent to wash your car. TW, which is a water-like texture solution, seems to last about 3 commercial washes which I put my car through the winter simply for get salt and crud a week after snow storm. Sonax is thicker, and has potential for longer lasted like a real polymer paint wax.
You gotta use a car shampoo that removes old waves and sealants. Remove iron particles embedded in the clear coat. Car clay the paint. Compound then polish. Use a chemical to remove those compound polishing oils. Then you add a protectant. For better results. I just bought the Sonax ceramic spray let’s see how it performs
Label is silent on 2nd coat (wait period, etc.) or caution on avoiding rain after applying.
I use it like: Spray it and wipe. When you done the car, it takes few minutes. Then I do round again with the Sonax Xtreme Quick Detailer, mostly for slickness and better beading of water. Works great. Next time after a wash I just use Quick Detailer[2 weeks durability on label]. Sonax spray coating last on my car about 5-6 months, paint cleaned with APC and washed only - no clay or chemical decontamination, like pro's like to do. Wanna see more detailed test?? In my opinion, I see these differences (and I'm a big fan of PNS)... Ceramic Spray is much much easier to apply, and it gives a somewhat slicker surface finish. If it gives a true 6 months of protection, then it will last a few months less on your paint compared to PNS. PNS seems like it may last a few months longer, but it gets installed similar to a full coating (with potential issues similar to when installing coatings), whereas with the ceramic spray, you can easily install another layer of it in around 10 minutes when necessary, with a simple spray, spread, and wipe.

So I did it today, but I gotta tell you, that glossy coat acts completely different than in the video, and the sponge you get is different, it actually scratches the car a bit and gets dry really quick. The base ceramic coating is amazing, you can see it's quality stuff and it works great. But after an hour when I came back and tried the gloss coat, I sprayed it on and it starts making dry sounds right away and it doesn't look foamy, it was disappointing. I did figure it out and it does shine the car nicely but man is it scary, as it feels like it's dragging the paint. This may actually be more of a fault with the sponge provided, but the product itself is off somehow.
Did you wrap the sponge with the micro fiber cloth, like shown in the video?

In terms of car care products sonax is up there. Gtechniq is the best
I remember using Haze away 1/2 Liquid ebony, then Zymol. Three to four steps were the norm. They didn’t shine like today.

I did and it was fine. Waited 30 mins, did a second coat, then an hour before the gloss.
You shouls wait 1h at least, up to 3h if its cold, then apply the second coat, you can go as high as 4 coats of ceramic.
